Availability & Response Time

Sessions are typically available at the following start times:

11:00 / 11:30 AM, 12:00 / 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 / 6:00 PM, 7:00 / 8:00 PM

These times are where I find clients can arrive most relaxed and present for their experience.

I step away from my phone after 6pm MST and on Sundays for rest, family, and personal nourishment. If you message during this time, I’ll gently respond the next day or within 24–48 hours. Thank you for honoring this rhythm.
